Ultrasonic bolt expansion and screw load measurements.

The ultrasonic measuring device measures, stores and transmits screw and strain data. A robust, IP44-protected color display is used for control and data display. The measurement system uses hybrid technology, a mixture of analog and digital measurement. The data recorded by the sensors is saved for later display and transmission.
The measuring device has an automatic temperature compensation through a supplied magnetic temperature probe. The storage system has a "secured" sector for all bolt data and a "public" sector for the transfer via USB to the computer. The Delta Sigma is operated by proven Li-ion batteries or via two charging inputs: A quick charging connection for external charging (9V) or a waterproof micro-USB connection (5V). Data transfer via USB connection to a PC.

Easy to use touchscreen display. Can be operated by hand or a pen. Compatible with Microsoft Windows and MS Excel (no special software required). Ultrasonic bolt expansion and screw load measurements. Protection according to IP44.
