Contrary to most of the so-called "stainless steel tools" on the market, which only have a coating on the outside, our stainless steel tools are made in Germany from a single piece and consist of a high-quality, special material composition.
As a result, mechanical stresses in practical use cannot harm the material (no flaking or flaking of the surface). There are also no permanent hairline cracks. Our "clean room tools" are autoclavable up to 134°C / 2 bar. All tools are free of oil and grease. The hardness corresponds to that of "normal" industrial tools. We would be happy to provide you with a specific data sheet for our clean room tools, stating the material composition (e.g. stainless steel 1.4301 [X5CrNi18- 10], hardness HRC39 +/- 7).
