Hydraulic power

In the area of industrial hydraulics, it is often the case that complete systems for come into action. Such systems usually consist of a drive unit, one or more cylinders and other components such as hoses, manometers, etc. These are coordinated and optimized with the customer in personal, verbal or written form.

We are your Enerpac authorized dealer base with extensive stock in Austria. High-pressure hydraulics - 700 bar/ 1,500/ 2,800 bar pressure: The reliability and thus the quality of the tools used plays an important role, particularly in technically demanding areas of application. In order to meet this requirement, we rely on internationally established and recognized producers of hydraulic tools. Thanks to the Austria warehouse, our company stands for prompt deliveries when customers need them quickly.

Hydraulic cylinders

The hydraulic cylinders are available in over 100 different versions. Whatever type of application - lifting, pushing, pulling, holding, bending, etc. and whatever size, power, stroke length or type of model you need - single or double-acting, with full, hollow piston or expanding cylinder - there is a cylinder for everyone purpose.

Multi purpose cylinders RC series: Single-acting, tonnage 5-95t, stroke 16-362mm, use in all positions.
Multipurpose cylinders made of aluminium RAC series: Single-acting, tonnage 20-150t, stroke 50-250mm, weight reduction thanks to aluminum housing.
Low high cylinders RCS series: Single-acting, tonnage 10-90t, stroke 38-60mm, low overall height.
Flat-jac cylinders RSM series: Single-acting, tonnage 5-150t, stroke 6-16mm, piston made of hard chrome-plated quality steel.
High tonnage cylinders HCG series: Single-acting, tonnage 56-1,000t, stroke 50-300mm, up to 10% side load resistance.
High tonnage cylinders HCL series: Single-acting, tonnage 56-1,000t, stroke 50-300mm, with mechanical lock nut.

Hydraulic pumps

Over 1,000 different configurations of hydraulic drive units, including manual pumps (hand / foot operated), battery operated pumps, compressed air operated pumps and electrically operated pumps.

Battery pump ZC model: A high-performance battery pump, the battery capacity is 82V / 4Ah, the oil volume is 6600cm³.
Electric pumps ZE series: Very powerful electric pumps, motor power up to 2.2 kW, variably configurable.
Portable electric pumps PUJ/PUD series: Particularly light and easy to carry electric pumps.
Battery hydraulic pumps XC model: Very light and easy-to-carry battery pump.
Hand pumps made of steel P series: Complete steel construction, chrome-plated piston, non-venting tank. Compact and robust in rough use.
Light weight hand pumps P series: Weight reduction through nylon tank with built-in safety valve.
Pneumatic 2-pedal foot pump XA: One pedal is for the feed, the other for the retreat, with ATEX certification.
Pneumatic pumps PATG/PAMG series: Operation by foot or hand, with externally adjustable pressure relief valve.
Electric pumps ZE2: Robust and durable industrial motor, easy to maintain, efficient and very quiet (79 dBA).
Electric pumps ZU series: Light, mobile electro-hydraulic pumps, powerful, individually configurable.
Portable electric pump EP model: Fully equipped pump, including pressure gauge and wired remote control.
Hand pump made of aluminium P392AL: Ultralight construction (only 4.3 kg) for easy transport.
Foot pump made of steel P392FP: Both hands are free for work. Steel frame, steel foot pedal.
Pneumatic pumps PA model: Robust, slim design. Pedal with 3 positions, insert horizontally or vertically.
Pneumatic pump ZA4 model: Very high delivery volume, powerful in continuous use, handles for transporting.
Electric pumps SFP series: With divided flow rates, controlled raising and lowering of several points regardless of the load distribution.

Hydraulic tools

Hydraulic power means more than lifting, pulling or pushing loads. The 700 bar hydraulics are also used in other areas: The spreading of objects (e.g. flanges), the hydraulic pulling (e.g. of large wheels), the splitting of nuts (e.g. on railway tracks), aligning or changing flanges, cutting of cables or wires, hydraulic punching of holes, the bending of pipes.

Pretensioning technique 1500 bar

A pretensioning tool or screw pretensioning tool is a tool for the axial pretensioning of screws or threaded bolts. One or more threaded bolts are tightened and pretensioned at the same time. Hydraulic pre-tensioning tools can be installed and used in technical systems on a case-by-case basis or permanently. The pre-tensioning forces are continuously monitored and regulated by means of sensors and a controller. Capacity load: 769 kN to 3,958 Nm, thread ranges from M16 to M105.

Application areas: For complex technical systems such as fundament in construction, wind, gas and steam turbines, steel bridges, wind turbines, marine applications, nuclear power plants.
