Furthermore, we take care of calibrations and certifications of various tools and hydraulic products for you. In the event that goods from our range do not quite fit your application, you are welcome to talk to us about custom-made products. If you have any special requests with regard to scheduled deliveries and service provision, please let us know. We are also happy to take care of repairs or you. If you would like a return service, we ask you to observe the corresponding formal requirements.

Calibrations and certifications
We are happy to perform calibrations and certifications for newly purchased items as well as for certain products that have already been used. We would be happy to check your torque wrench or torque screwdriver and issue a corresponding certificate. But hydraulic products (e.g. hydraulic pumps, pressure gauges) as well as lifting equipment or measuring tools can also be tested by us.
Custom made products
Do you need a special size for a certain product from our range? Particularly wide? Particularly long?
We also offer custom-made products for a large variety of our standard goods. The best thing to do is to talk to us about your needs.
Determine customer needs
The focus is on the optimized solution for your problem. Every application is unique and as such cannot always be solved with the same methodologies. For example, a hydraulic screwing device may be less suitable than a battery-powered model for a mobile application, such as screwing onto electricity pylons. We will discuss your very special application with you and work out the right solution for you in both small and large areas!
Would you like to have a delivery specially processed? For example in partial deliveries, as a complete delivery, at a certain point in time? To a special place? With pleasure - talk to us, we will definitely find a suitable solution.
Of course, for economic and ecological reasons, you often don't want to constantly throw away products that no longer work and replace them with new ones - that's a good thing. We offer you a comprehensive service for your repairs.
What is to be considered:
From us can be subjected to a repair check by us or a certified repair workshop and in cooperation with our producers (depending on the product) at any time in consultation with us. Please give us a call and discuss the processing modalities with us.
If it is a question of goods that you did not purchase from us, please discuss the possibility of a repair in advance. We can carry out a corresponding repair check for branded goods we sell (e.g. Enerpac, Stahlwille, ...).
Maintenance and regular service extend the service life of the product and ensure maximum safety.
Can I return items? You are welcome to return delivered goods to us. Please note the following requirements when returning: The article must not show any traces of use, the return shipment must be in the original packaging (product packaging), operating instructions as well as test certificates etc. which were included with the article must be enclosed with the return. In the case of incorrect orders, we charge 15% processing costs, freight costs, booking costs, storage costs, but at least 10 euros. Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
